New-Year's Concert in China
HELGE DORSCH a true Maestro
At year's end the Liao Ning Theatre(China) invited the internationally-known
conductor Helge Dorsch from Germany.
Despite the brevity of the visit, the Bavarian-born conductor left a deep
impression of world-class quality. Words of highest praise were expressed,
not only by the orchestra musicians, but also by the theater's Chief Conductor
Meng Xin, for whom Dorsch, with his precise and detailed interpretation
and his enthusiastic conducting style, was the best guest conductor the
the Liao Ning Theatre has ever had.
In a very short time Helge Dorsch managed to achieve a world-class sound
with the liao Ning Symphony Orchestra.
